CLB99 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between CLB99 and its members.

• Residents of countries where online betting is entirely prohibited.
• Individuals on the Self-Exclusion list.
• Individuals previously banned by CLB99.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit: ৳300.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

Withdrawal conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal for standard accounts: ৳50,000.
• Higher limits apply for VIP and high roller members.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Each member may claim any bonus offer only once.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Bonus wagering requirements are generally between 20x and 30x.
• If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on CLB99. Violations may result in bets being voided or accounts being suspended.

Sports Betting:

• No bets will be accepted after an event has concluded.
• If an event is cancelled, all stakes will be refunded.
• In live betting, bets may be voided due to server latency.
• CLB99 reserves the right to decline unusually large bets.

Casino games:

• All casino games are RNG-certified and fair.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
• CLB99's server logs are considered the final record for all game outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CLB99. Violating any of these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing artificial bets for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Using software, bots, or any automation tools.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Threatening or harassing CLB99 staff.

CLB99 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in the Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• If KYC information is found to be false or incomplete.
• In compliance with a court order or government directive.
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months).

Members may close their account at any time. Any valid balance can be withdrawn, but unused bonuses will be forfeited.

CLB99 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment, not a means of income. All members are encouraged to play within their limits.

Protective Measures:

• Option to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Temporary self-exclusion for a set period (from 7 days up to permanent).

In the event of a dispute between CLB99 and a member, resolution will first be attempted through mutual discussion. The dispute resolution process is as follows:

• Step 1: Submit a complaint to the support team.
• Step two: Senior management review.
• Step 3: Independent third-party mediation.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, server logs shall serve as the final and definitive record.

Complaint submission deadline: within 30 days of the relevant incident. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.
